FHE BOWLING

(great faces don't you think)

So on every base there is a bowling ally that is kept up pretty well not that the shoes are any less unhygienic, but the rest of the establishment is nice. Mia decided a FHE activity bowling would be perfect. The teams were boys against girls. I carefully crafted the team names as "Go Girls" and "Big Beefy Boys" (very fun to cheer with added ump on the beefy part). We were given the bumper lanes which proved helpful not only for the kids, but for a few of my bowls as well. With that said, we stomped them a good 64 to 48 thanks to an early spare. We're thinking of starting a little league.

Talia, our "Dew from Heaven"

After the many requests, here are some photos and videos of our Talia. She has braved brotherly love and sisterly excitement. She has weathered the storms of nasty sicknesses that caused an ER night stay accompanied with 2 catheterizations that were attempted multiple times and a blood draw from those tiny nonexistent veins in her hand (and the bruises to prove it). It's sad when getting your temperature taken rectally is considered the pleasant part of the visit. She triumphed over the three rounds of Rocephin in her plush baby thighs and another blood draw. Daily she survives car seat sitting that makes for sweaty back and blowouts. Our now 13 plus pound 2 month girl is full of giggles and smiles. Being naked in the bath is heaven and talking to her makes for large smiles and coos.
