I have so much to blog about with Thanksgiving and Fernando's family being here, but not enough time at the moment. So for now, I will leave you with this video of me enjoying a little corn tortilla taco, with cilantro, onions and the meat of choice prepared by my Mother-in-law
(what's with my heinous hair. . . it needs to be figured out).
